Looking for a place to hang out after school and have some fun? Head to the Muldoon Library Tuesdays at 3 p.m. and play video games, board games and card games! Free and open to youth ages 11 and up.

Anchorage Guerrilla Knitters needs volunteers to help dress the trees outside the Anchorage Museum for their first friday event February 6. Knitters and crocheters from all over Anchorage have produced dozens of colorful pieces to serve as “tree sweaters.” Beginning at noon, they need volunteers to help attach them to the trees. It’s easy; no experience necessary and you will be part of making public art!

To volunteer, just show up outside the Museum Friday, February 6 after noon or email cloudy@acsalaska.net for more information.
