musher and author DAN SEAVEY. Seavey, the head of one of mushing’s great
families, will sign copies of his book The First Great Race, called “a
first-hand on-the-runners experience of a grueling 1,000 mile,
twenty-day odyssey through some of the most unforgiving wilderness on
Earth.” Seavey will be at Alaska Geographic’s Ship Creek Store (located
at 241 North C Street – right next to the Ulu Factory) March 4 from 1 to 4pm.
