Check out the 2015 Anchorage CANstruction all day Saturday, March 7 at the University Center. This year’s theme is “Under the Sea.”
Teams design and build giant structures made entirely from full cans of food. At the end of the event all the food is donated to the Food Bank of Alaska.
Last year they used 37,000 pounds of food to design their sculptures!
