US Tennis Association’s Pacific Northwest section is bringing two new summer tennis programs to Anchorage. No experience necessary for either program.

Family Friendly Tennis takes place in a high-energy, music-filled environment where families learn tennis skills from USTA-trained instructors.

REI is holding a free bike maintenance for women class Wednesday, May 21 at 6 p.m. This class is an informative presentation that will teach you how to lube a chain, fix a flat tire in record time, and make other minor adjustments to your bicycle. No experience necessary!

Pump up your tires and celebrate Bike to School Day, Wednesday, May 7. The Bicycle Shop and community organizations are partnering with Anchorage School District to provide a free bike safety check and carnival Saturday, May 3 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the store.
