Scholarship! The JJ Klein Scholarship supports Alaska students seeking post-secondary education. The scholarship will provide a one-time award of up to $10,000. Applicants should have a GPA ranging from 3.2 to 2.0 and must have demonstrated financial need.

The Alaska Service Corps is currently recruiting Youth Crew Members, and there are very few positions remaining! Crew Members provide hands-on national service by completing service projects on public lands throughout the state of Alaska. Successful candidates will be team-focused, ready to learn, and ready to gain new experiences!

Alaska scholarship! The UNCF Alaska Leadership Council established the Alaskan Scholarship Program in 2011 to help reduce financial barriers and increase access for Alaska students to attend college.

Applicants must be an Alaska resident for at least one year prior to 1/31/2014. Through the Alaskan Scholarship Program, the UNCF Alaska Leadership Council will provide five graduating Alaska high school seniors with a scholarship to attend an accredited two or four-year college, university, trade or technical school commencing fall of 2014. The scholarship is awarded annually for up to four years.
