The VoxVan project transforms an everyday van into a mobile microstory studio celebrating the 1915 Anchorage founding.

The project will give residents of all kinds the opportunity to tell their own story online and on-air by describing what this city and place means to them.

Ever wonder what famous Alaskans reside at Anchorage Memorial Park cemetery? Learn the history of Anchorage through the lives of 10 notable Alaskans buried at this historic downtown cemetery Saturday, June 21 at 7 p.m.

The tour features graveside presentations about colorful pioneers, local merchants, respected legislators, early day activists and admirable community leaders. This event is FREE and part of the Anchorage summer solstice celebrations.
