Every Word. Every Line. Every Poet. Every Time! Brave New Alaskan Voices E.W.E.L.E.P.E.T. SLAM is coming to Anchorage City Limits Wednesday, Jan. 8 from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
A Poetry SLAM is a performance/contest in which poets put their original works on display in a competitive venue. There are three rounds. Poems are scored on a 0-10 scale by a panel of five judges.
Winners will qualify to travel with BNAV to Quarterfinals in March.
