Xochiquetzal-Tiqun Mexican Folkloric Ballet of Alaska is celebrating National Hispanic Heritage Month at the Z.J. Loussac Public Library Saturday, Oct. 27 from 2-3:30 p.m. This lively dance group consists of young children, teens and adults. Their mission is to work for peace through cultural understanding. Featuring dances from the states of Jalisco, Michoacán, Sinaloa, Veracruz, and the Tierra Caliente region.
