Head to Namaste North Yoga Studio for First Friday, September 6, from 5-8 p.m. where they will feature Shawn Lyons, a classical guitarist and an avid hiker who has hiked remote parts here in Alaska and in many other states in the US, Mexico, Argentina, India, Nepal, Peru, Ecuador, Chile, and Africa.
